Pandit Bookings

  • 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 12-24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • No refund if cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Full refund if the Pandit fails to arrive or complete the service.

Store Products

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items.
  • Full refund or replacement if the item is received in damaged condition.
  • Spiritual items (e.g., consecrated malas) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment source.
