By accessing or using the Devlok platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Devlok provides a platform connecting devotees with spiritual experts (pandits) for various rituals, offering spiritual content, and selling puja-related products. We do not provide spiritual services directly but facilitate the connection.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
4. Booking and Payments
Payments for services are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings. Devlok reserves the right to change its fees at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Devlok be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, including the performance of rituals by pandits.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or by law. This includes avoiding any actions that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
